I have to second any recommendation for suso.org, course I was a 
part-timer there for a few months.  In my opinion Suso does things the 
right way.  BUT, I don't think they will be able to do what you need as 
they do not provide local access, they are a web/app/email/server 
hosting provider who also does great design and app work.

Mark, Marina, and everyone at Suso is great and if you need the services 
they provide, I recommend them whole heartedly...and I am no longer an 
employee, so I can say this honestly.
