If you get all 3, Cable, Internet, Phone, you get two fibers coming to

What portal?  I've never seen msn.com and as far as I can tell, no ports
are blocked.  It may be because I'm on FIOS, not dialup or DSL.

Except for the dynamic IP's, Verizon does just that.  I run my own
servers, not public, but always accessible, so the dynamic IP is not
really an issue.

I think that comes with the business package, not residential.
