This is nothing to worry about. I see this on one of my machines. When you
shut down, one of the last things the shutdown process does is send a
terminate signal to processes still running. The debug message you see is a
kernel message being written to the console because the daemon responsible
for catching and logging those messages has terminated. The numbers in
brackets identify the kernel thread. It says "debug" because that is the
severity of the message; which is to say, they are only useful if you are
trying to debug something.
