It probably made a ID string in Windows root drive , have had this happen
several times , Windows makes a entry in the "installer" (Wise install ?)
folder even though the program is not fully installed , I just remove all
content to recycling bin , install program it will make a ID string again ,
look in the recycling bin remove that ID string and move rest of ID strings
back to folder .
