[NTLUG:Discuss] video streaming

I am having a bad case of HUA syndrome, I guess. I am trying
to set up Darwin streaming server on my opensuse 10.2 box
so I can stream content to my cell phone. The complicating
factor is that port 80 is tied to a webserver so that when I point
the phone at my address, it gets the web page from that box.
OK, so I tried putting in rtsp://my IP address: port 554 and that
didn't work (unsupported) so I tried my IP: port 554 and got an
error message back with DSS and Linux in it, which means
that the server is running and saw me but didn't like the request.

RTSP/1.0.400 Bad Request  Server:DSS/5.5.5 Platform/Linux;
Release/Darwin;state/beta;

This shouldn't be this hard. What am I supposed to be doing?
