[NTLUG:Discuss] Sun xVM VirtualBox

Of all the programs I have studied and not installed VirtualBox is top
list. I have read the manual several times but before I install I have
a few questions.
1. I am running ubuntu 8.10 on an external with 130GB unallocated and
this is where it would reside. The other drive containing XP is 40GB
so am I good to go so far?
2. Should I have anything else installed prior or is there anything I
should know . The manual only went into what it could do and that is
all one should expect, but I know users always discover tidbits that
is not even part of documentation.
Appreciate any info including resource articles other then manual.
