Hi Leroy.
SuSE 10.0, mounted automatically.
SuSE 10.3, I can mount manually. Just won't mount automatically on the
USB port. (Btw, the drive has its own external powersupply). And I
finally figured out how to get it to mount manually on SuSE 11.0. Would
probably work automatically if I set up an permanent FSTAB entry.
However, the MS machines are getting a little long in the tooth, so I am
going to leave that drive attached to the file/print server I am setting
up, and just set up network/SAMBA shares. (I have micro & thumb drives
now of adequate capacity know that are a whole lot easier to move than
that thing)
Regards,
Steve
