its been a while since i had to deal with hardware very intensely and
troubleshoot something like this, but from what i remember if you are
not even getting the beep codes, there is a very good chance its the
video card. I believe that the very first beep you should hear would
be the system saying "hey the video is ok".  If you are not getting
that, try a different video card and see what happens. Or try a
different slot if you know you have a good video card.  Hope this
