Speaker is hooked up, there are no beep codes.  Fan comes on, power led 
does not.  Switch and LED are connected to the correct header pins as 
indicated by the manual.  Took out video card and still no post beep or 
beep codes.  Looks like it is time to buy a new board.  Again.  Thanks 
to all for the responses and help.
