Howdy,
  Not installing Flash is even better.  I have got youtube working
fairly well with Gnash now.  But, to the point, I would count
AdBlock-Plus as two words.  The hyphen joins the two words in a phrase.
According to the Chicago Manual of style, the word count would be 2, and
not 1.
