With a souped up laptop but an 8 cell battery what was the battery life?
I ask because it is always a tradeoff between performance and decent
battery life.
IMHO, 4 hours is decent battery life.
My performance laptop gets about 1.5 hours of "useful" battery life.
It is a 6 cell battery.
I am seeing "netbook" battery life of 7-8 hours. I still haven't
figured out if a netbook would cover all my needs. For example, can I
do software development be done satisfactorily (performance wise) on a
netbook?
