Mine was really bad.. it's still bad, but better.

Good chance there is cable damage or a bad device on the cable.  But it
might be on your end (??).

It's a hard one to diagnose.. and <gulp> you are the mercy of Time
Warner on this one.  Sometimes they are pretty good at making things
right, sometimes not.

It's NEVER ideal though.  They constantly have to bring things down just
to do minor things... sigh...

I have days when the connection is good all day long... and on other
days, it will be out like 12+ times during the day (even if just for a
minute or less).
