You'd think the Quadro would work.. the consumer boards might not, there is NO
TV out standard... several chipsets, several vendor specific implementations out there.

Not sure.  I have done this in the past.  Quality was so bad it was not worth it
for me.

You can try posting to the nvnews.net forums (the official Nvidia on Linux
forum is there and yes, the Linux-Nvidia folks do look at it).
