You have an alternative server side filtering other than procmail?

I am using cyrus, so I can't use procmail, besides, if I need to edit
rule, I have to ssh to the server and edit .procmail, plus I have seen
people junk a bunch of mail by mistake with a typo in their .procmailrc.

I am actualy using procmail and courier right now, but moving to a
replicated cyrus setup, and want to be able to supply an interface for
filtering I can unleash on family members without them needing to use
SSH and vi, and being server (IE: Not a rule your mail client uses to
move from INBOX to wherever).
