Well, for a range of memory amounts just look at the WiFi-routers that are
out there now. Linksys WRT54g's, when they are running Linux use/need
about 4-Meg of Flash and about 16-Meg of RAM. Note, that the WRT54g is
not for an ARM but this is probably within range although you may need
more RAM for the ARM. And naturally you can go look at the spec's for
ARM based routers.
FWI, at a former employer we used an Intel XScale ixp425 m/b and it had
64-Meg of RAM. Still, the originator of our Linux code had cut down
their version to use only 32-Meg and it used uClinux.
