[NTLUG:Discuss] Zimbra behind a firewall - Email Proxy

Does anyone have Zimbra running behind a firewall - Split DNS, in a
Email Proxy setup?  I am trying to set it up behind a base CentOS
firewall server currently, will then try to use a Endian firewall server
once I get the Zimbra DNS issues irorned out. 

 

I can not get the DNS on the Zimbra server setup correctly to resolve
locally just for the Zimbra server - per their WIKI.

I get a DNS error:

Got SERVFAIL trying resolve the Zimbra zone record in the DNS
configuration. 

 

Is anyone using Zimbra behind a firewall like this, without the Zimbra
server having a public IP itself?
