[NTLUG:Discuss] OT: Joomla Help?

Yeah, I cheated this morning.  I put in two animated gifs.  Nothing 
else, just the html to call them.  I wanted this to be in the upper 
left, but that is the part I cannot find the location of.  Anyway, this 
should work until we switch to 1.5.  I do appreciate the help.  Thanks,
