[NTLUG:Discuss] OT: are CD by region

Hi Fred:

I have never seen anything to indicate that cds are regional, in the 
same way, or a similar manner as dvds.  My wife has bought a number of 
foreign cds (languages are her thing.  It is incredible to watch her 
tear into learning a new one), and we have never had any problem playing 
them.  What is the issue you are having?  Peace, Dennis
