This one is primarily an ftp server. The only things it will mainly
run are vsftp and sshd.
It has 3GB RAM on board with the pair of dual-core Xeon cpus. I
installed Ubuntu 8.04 LTS Server. When I enter a command, it is
finished and printed on the screen before i get my finger off the
enter button. It's got five 73GB SCSI drives, but only 196GB of
available space. Since I now have network backup available, I'm
planning on reconfiguring the RAID to just striping and get a little
more room.

Thanks everyone for your comments.

Michael
