I run the 64-bit version of Firefox on x86_64 GNU/Linux :

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.1.6)
Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.6

I tried the 32-bit version of Firefox, which doesn't work either.

As far as compiling Flash I have never seen the source code.
