[NTLUG:Discuss] OpenOffice 3.1 Writer and "This document contains: Notes Do you want to continue saving it?"

I have a document which I've been updating daily for quite a while and 
it has contained notes for a significant length of time.  Tonight when I 
went to make an update (nothing different than previous updates, just 
adding text) I got this message.  Anybody know why or where to turn this 
behavior off?
