[NTLUG:Discuss] Registrar Recommendation

Sorry for the somewhat off-topic request.  Does anyone have a good
domain registrar they could recomenned?  I have used GoDaddy for
several years now, but I am tired of their headaches (having to jump
through hoops to not get extras added on at time of purchase, crazy
password requirements that cause me to forget my password and then
accidentally lock my account, having to call long distance to unlock
my account after just two or three incorrect password entries, etc.)

The problem is that I really like the $9 a year price.  I know I get
what I pay for and wouldn't mind paying a little more, but can't make
the jump to $25 or $35 a year for somewhere like registar.com or
networksolutions.com.

Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions for somewhere to move domains
to?  I don't need DNS, hosting or anything like that, just somewhere
that can register my domain and set my nameservers.
