I second gkg.net.  They have the low priced registration for domains, 
the automated tools, a no-hassle attitude AND they are a local Texas 
operation down in College Station.  If I remember correctly, GKG was 
started by some college kids looking to put their way through school. 
That information doesn't appear to be on their website anymore.

Also, the management tools at GKG are much better organized than godaddy 
and Net. Sol.  -- Much less clutter.
