PCI and PCIe pass through I know are things that are being worked on
across hypervisor providers... so...it MIGHT be possible today... but
might have to wait a bit longer depending on what hypervisor you are
using.

Citrix's standalone hypervisor for desktops (limited platform support)
obviously does some pretty fancy trickery to expose and manage hardware
(for example, of a laptop) to multiple VMs.
