[NTLUG:Discuss] PCI version

The closest I can come up with is this:

1)  Use lspci to identify the chip sets used for the PCI bus and it's 
revision
2)  Check the specs on the chip set and revision. 

I know some chip sets start off without some support and the support is 
later added under a different revision.
