[NTLUG:Discuss] grub 2

  Started hearing about "grub 2" or grub2 fairly recently.  Found 
articles that said "grub 2 is a multi-boot loader" and thought "grub is 
a multi-boot loader, what are they talking about?"  
http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/ states "For the differences between 
GRUB Legacy and GRUB, see the current status on the wiki".  Went there 
and too much was listed.  Can someone give me the "Cliff Notes Version" 
of what's different between "Legacy grub" and "grub 2"?  Thanks.
