[NTLUG:Discuss] Remote Access software (for Grandparents)

Guys,

Any suggestions on remote access software (I'd like browser based just for
ease - it would be great to say, "Go to this site...and click that button")
and it connect through the browser....with no software to install on the
server's end.

Any suggestions?
