Setup - 320GB IDE in USB to IDE enclosure, EXT3 format.

Now system sees it as "hfsplus", which I think is a fallback if 
it doesn't see an actual file system.

Installed disktest and it sees a deleted Linux partition but
no filesystem.

I am thinking that I may have to put the drive into my
sporting clays thrower and get one final use out of it.

Any ideas about how to recover my "lost" data?
