Google for your domain is a good option but to answer your question
anyway...
Email servers are typically built by combining multiple pieces that you
can mix and match. Here's one good example:
Postfix + Dovecot + SASL + Squirrel Mail

Squirrel Mail is a decidedly "old school" webmail system. Other options
to consider include Roundcube and Horde/IMP.
Another option is Zimbra which combines the pieces together into one
