How true, how very true. Before my laptop died (self induced hardware
failure) it had more add-on Freeware/OSS running on Windows XP than my
Linux boxen, which most of that came with the Linux OS. When I Google
now for help on some Freeware/OSS problem over 50% of the hits are for
people running on that Freeware/OSS software on Windows. Case in point
the upgrade from Ubuntu 10.04/Kubuntu 10.04 to Ubuntu 10.10/Kubuntu
10.10.
