I think the "OS" is redundant and/or misleading here (looks like
an adjective modifying "Software").  And some might misinterpret
the "OS" to be an abbreviation for "Open Source".

How about one of these?
    Software Fair
    Digital Demos   (or Digital Demo Fair)
    NTPCUG Software Fair
    NTPCUG Fair

Or substitute "North Texas" instead of "NTPCUG" in any of the above.
