Just a note to NTLUG member's -- the latest NTPCUG newsletter
is up, and it contain's Ralph Green's excellent article about
encrypting USB flash drives (starting on page 12).

I've been using the information to encrypt my USB flash and
hard drives and I'm really happy with the results. Thanks for
the great article, Ralph!

NTPCUG Members,
Below is your link to our May 2011 NTPCUG newsletter, located on our web
site. From here, you can either view or download it. The link is
http://sp.ntpcug.org/Newsletters/NTPCUG%20-%202011-05.pdf.
This month, we're trying something different based on various member
requests. Much of this newsletter is provided in a single column format,
with the intent of reducing the need to scroll up and down quite as much to
read articles. Do you like this approach at all? Can we make it more user
friendly? Or, should we go back to the dual-column format throughout. Your
opinion is important, so tell us your thoughts, at newsletter at ntpcug.org.
Please review at your leisure. We still encourage articles about your
experiences with hardware and software, websites of interest, tips & tricks,
etc. Consider submitting an article for the next issue.
Most of the monthly SIGs are listed on our Sharepoint page at
<http://sp.ntpcug.org/default.aspx> http://sp.ntpcug.org/default.aspx. Take
a look, and invite your friends.
Of special interest in May:
. See page 2 for details about this final month of our PC raffle,
which benefits both NTPCUG and TCVC. Buy your tickets at the 3rd Saturday
meeting, as the winner will be drawn at the Noon Business Meeting.
. For our volunteers, see page 2 for information about the upcoming
Volunteers Dinner on May 18th.
Of special interest in June:
. Due to scheduling conflicts, our June "3rd Saturday" meeting will
be on June 25th (the 4th Saturday) rather than our usual 3rd Saturday
meeting date. DON'T FORGET IN JUNE!
Thanks
Your Board of Directors
