[NTLUG:Discuss] lost my admin password for windows 7

Hi-all,

I did a bad move wed..watching steve gibson's show on TWIT and changed my admin password!!!  BAD MOVE//  now i can't log on...

Any linux/ubuntu geeks here that can help?

I ran it and it seems to go through all the steps but - still has not cleared the admin password!!



I've ordered CD's of my OS  from Dell - win7 home premium 64bit...That's the last resort - reinstall....



I have access to my OS via the standard user...but that doesn't
help...Can't use system restore.  I do have a good working ubuntu 10.10
in virtual box.  But it doesn't allow me to view ntfs files as a dual
boot does.  Even if it did, I wouldn't feel comfortable messing around!!



The pogostick above is the same script as linux guys suggested.
