I was thinking about a situation where special features (extended ACLs, 
the immutable attribute or other unusual things) were used on a system.  
This caused me to wonder "is there a way to inform the administrative 
users of these kinds of things".  The problem with a web search is what 
to search for.  It doesn't appear that there is any conditional 
processing or "include" capabilities in files such as motd.

Any ideas?
