[NTLUG:Discuss] Flat screen monitor for Linux

I was wondering how long my 10 year old CRT monitor (ViewSonic A70) was 
going to last and tonight I got my answer.  Now I'm looking for a flat 
screen, nothing fancy or expensive, I've got 16.5 inches vertical and 19 
inches horizontal to fit it in.  Currently running CentOS 5.6.  Did a 
little web searching and not coming up with a lot of recommendations.  
Any general or specific input appreciated (quality, compatibility, etc.).
