How should I move a domain name, and email address on the domain name from one hosting provider 
to another without losing emails?

I own a domain name, along with a deluxe parking service from the registrar.
The parking service includes an email server.  I have an email address on this server.

I will be setting up a hosted presence on the Internet on another provider.

How should I make the move?
