[NTLUG:Discuss] Cisco 3550 web console not found

Hello:

I just bought a used Cisco Catalyst 3550 24 switch.

I put it in Express Setup mode and loaded http://10.0.0.1
on my PC.  I get the switch home page so everything looks
good so far.

When I click the Web Console link, the url changes
to http://10.0.0.1/homepage.htm and I get a message
404 Not Found.

Is something wrong?

According to the tech support info, the software version
is:
Cisco IOS Software, C3550 Software (C3550-IPSERVICESK9-M), 
Version 12.2(25)SEE2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
