Once the message was turned off, most of the issues were resolved with a change in screen resolution and a tweak of the horizontal adjustment ... thank you for your persistence in direction. Most of the remaining issues were resolved with tweaks within specific applications ... some few remain, but will be "lived with" ... whew! She uses the machine a lot and it is good to have most of the "visual challenge" problems resolved. Thanks Regards Fred James
