There are all sorts of definitions of low-cost, but Troubleshooters.Com
has used Bluehost for several years with almost no outage, great tech
support -- everything great except mailing lists. They throttle mailing
lists, making a list of more than 15 that gets into animated
discussions impossible. I'm thinking of getting a second web host just
for mailing lists, and keeping Bluehost for web hosting.
