I agree that it's easy money. Truly effective SEO isn't about tricks, 
it's about text and relevant content.  At least for Google.  He make 
good points that SEO "experts" don't really want the masses to know. 
I'll pass along the links.

At the moment I just don't have the time to massage her website 
because my project (http://mydiybudget.com) is taking 14-16 hours a 
day 7 days a week of effort.
