Howdy,
  Using Openshot  +1
 We have a blue screen room at DMS and Openshot is supposed to be able
to do neat things with compositing blue screens.

 I'd also suggest setting up video chats.  I know we don't need to
video chat to each other at DMS.  The idea it to get everyone through
the process so they know how to do it at home.  Some people seem to
think Skype is the only answer here and I bet we can find other good
solutions.
