Generally speaking, without RHN access, you'd want to get the CentOS version
instead. It will be 99.999% compatible. However, Oracle was/is notorious for
writing installation scripts that look for particuar versions of the OS... you
may need modify it.
Just about 2 years ago I setup an Oracle 9 on version 4.
As with most things Oracle, their software was broken upon release, thus you
really had to have Oracle patches to make it work. China is your friend (unless
you have an Oracle support contract). I expect similar nonsense for 10g.
Old CentOS can be found here: http://wiki.centos.org/Download (scroll down,
you'll see them).
Oracle 10g is a bit more difficult, but my guess is that you have it. You just
might need patches for it to work.
Obviously, everything about all of this is completely unsupportable...
