Howdy,
I have a Chromebook I tried this on. So far, I have no success.
The first step is replacing the BIOS(not really a bios, but boot
firmware). That part of the process involves booting the Chromebook,
logging in and bringing up a Cros shell. I can't login because
ChromeOS requires me to create a google account and that now requires
me to validate by sending a SMS to a mobile phone. Google's algorithm
does not accept my phone number and I have not figured a way around
that. Any ideas?
