Hi,

Please let me know if DFWUUG has a way to highlight jobs for linux
knowledgeable persons. I do not know if this is inappropriate for your org
so please forgive my ignorance.

Job Req here:
https://careers.avaya.com/job/Irving-Media-Platform-Software-Engineer-TX-75014/650653801/

This is for a linux based appliance that happens to be a media server.
This is not a linux admin job, it is more about packaging and maintaining a
deployable appliance. Many of our media server deployments do not have
line of sight to the internet and are upgrade using iso’s we deliver to our
customers. Ideally the person should have linux and security knowledge.
Bonus if they have SIP or other communications protocols knowledge.

This is for a product AVAYA sells for premise called the Avaya Aura Media
Server. I deliver both cloud and enterprise deployments.

Thanks,

Dave
