depends on how 'mini' you are looking for.
I would suggest the HP ProDesk 600 G3 Desktop Mini.  Low cost on ebay so if
you dont like it you didnt waste much and all the benefits of a desktop cpu
and upgradeable ram.
Really most of your smaller systems that run something like the n100 or the
n97 cpus are designed to easily run linux with no problems
