[NTLUG:Announce] Possibility of snow and rain all day 12/17

I'll just have to let you know.  I'm guessing that we'll be
able to meet.  But there could be icy conditions on the roadways.
It's supposed to be above freezing by noon (in the low 40's)...
but rainy.

Their calling for a 40% chance of snow and rain right now.

In my opinion, that's not enough to cancel yet... but feel
free to email me (especially Justin Forbes!) if you disagree.
