Personally I prefer this change.  In general I want my posts and replys
to go to the general list and I like to follow an entire discussion rather
than wonder what the responses were to a discussion I was interested in.

It gets a little frustrating if I have to ask a question that someone
else asked and their answers went off-line.  I think if more content
posts stayed on-line we could cut down on repeat questions.

I don't find it a major inconvience to change my To: on a reply that I
want to go off-line since I do less off-line than on-line posts.
