I use the xntpd package. I have one box setup as the NTP server,
and syncing itself off several of the GPS/atomic clock server's on the
public net, and then I have the local machines (and routers, and switches,
and anything else that talks NTP) sync to the master. NTP will also let
you have multiple masters, or pretty much anything else you want to do;
fairly flexiable package. Anyhoo, that's what works for me; YMMV. Cheers!
