I'm curious...which brand modem was this??  I'm a PC-Tech for Best Buy
(Mesquite location) and I hadn't noticed that on any of the boxes. 
Granted I don't make it out to the sales floor much being a tech, but
still I install most of the modems we carry for our customers who can't
install them themselves.  Maybe I can have a word with the Rep. next
time they come in...
