I'll second that.  The trouble with NTPCUG is that they are really only
interested in what new product they can buy, or what upgrade that other OS
company will be selling.  I'm sure all they would do with Linux is to try to
make a swell SIG group...provided you can keep buying the next higher grade
CD distribution (They'd never think as to why the next higher grade may or
may not be better...much less use it).

One of the reasons I would like to set up an NTLUG booth during on the
NTPCUG's meeting is just to show NTPCUG what a serious computing group is,
what alternatives there really are (that you don't have to ask for
permission to get), and that there is something more to computing than
shallow SIG groups.  I also think we will get some good people around who
may have heard, for some reason, about NTPCUG and may not know about
NTLUG...which may be more to their liking.

NTLUG is much more of a 'do it' group (Must have something to do with the
OS).

Yes, I wasted a couple of years of my life with NTPCUG, and I don't like
them very much.
